Due to the maximum allowed occupancies of the conference room and dining/social areas, registrations will be limited to 150 attendants. Make sure to register as soon as possible!
Important dates :
- 1st of July 2026 : Abstract submission deadline (pre-registration necessary)
- 21st of July 2026 : Notification of selection for oral presentation
- 1st of August 2026 : Registration deadline
- 3rd of November 2026, at noon : arrival at Domaine Saint Joseph
- 6th of November 2026, beginning of afternoon : departure from Domaine Saint Joseph
Abstract submission
Registration fees
They depend on the options that the participant selects during his/her pre-registration. Please note available reductions on the full fees :
- GEM/APPICOM members reduction (€50)
- Student/post-doc reduction available for GEM members (€250), but in a limited number — early registration is encouraged.
- reduction for local participants (without accommodation, master students from Lyon, please contact us)
The following table shows the registration fees which include:
- Access to all conference and poster sessions during the 3 days,
- Coffee breaks during the 3 days,
- buffet dinner during poster sessions (days 1 and 2),
- Welcome cocktail (day 1),
- Lunch (day 2),
- 2-nights accommodation with breakfast, and tourist-tax, if selected.

Cancellation requests received before September, 1st 2026, will be refunded. No refund will be granted for cancellations requested after this date.
Membership Benefits
- Members of the CNRS thematic research network APPICOM (APProche Intégrative pour une COmpréhension multi-échelle des protéines de Membrane) can benefit from reduced fees.
- Members of the GEM group within the French Biophysics Society (SFB) can benefit from reduced fees.
- Becoming a member of both SFB and GEM is encouraged for conference attendees. SFB and GEM offer significant financial support, including thesis and poster prizes, to their members.
- Applicants are encouraged to subscribe to the SFB and GEM membership (please choose the "Plein tarif+GEM" option).
- Students can join for free in 2026, but still need to sign up and choose the "0€" option
